Membership terms
Zones, leads
and what ends a membership.
These terms apply to Gold, Platinum and Diamond memberships — the tiers that buy exclusive territory. Verified, Bronze and Silver are listing and placement products and are covered by the general Terms of Use.
Version 2 · 21 August 2026
1. What you are buying
A zone is a defined trading area, sold to one member per trade. Gold buys one zone. Platinum buys every zone in a region. Diamond buys every zone in the country that is not already held locally.
You are buying exclusive first call on the enquiries that area produces for your trade. You are not buying a guaranteed number of enquiries, and we do not promise one. Some months are busy and some are quiet.
Zone boundaries follow official municipal boundaries published by the Municipal Demarcation Board. If those boundaries are redetermined, your zone changes with them.
2. One zone, one trade
A membership covers a single trade in a single zone. A second trade is a second membership at full price. You may hold as many zones as you wish, each at full price.
Where you hold two neighbouring zones, you are treated as one holder — an enquiry you do not answer passes to a different member, not back to you.
3. How enquiries reach you
An enquiry goes first to the member holding that zone for that trade. If it is not answered within 15 minutes, it passes to the regional holder, then to the national holder, then to a neighbouring zone.
The clock starts when the app notifies you. Answering means responding in the app — not phoning the customer back some time later.
4. What ends a membership
Five missed enquiries. Miss five entirely and the zone is released and returns to sale. This is a lifetime count for the membership. It does not reset each month.
Poor service. Every customer we route to you is asked two questions afterwards: whether you called back within 15 minutes, and how the job went. Only customers we actually sent you can answer, so nobody outside the system can affect your standing.
Service is measured over a rolling 90 days and only once at least five rated jobs exist, so a single unhappy customer cannot cost you a zone. Three poor ratings brings a written warning. Two further poor ratings after that warning releases the zone.
Missed payment. If a payment fails, the zone is released immediately rather than suspended. The current month is not refunded.
Misuse. Enquiries are for your own business. Reselling them, passing them to another business, or taking them to keep a competitor from getting them will end the membership without refund.
5. If you think it is wrong
You can see your own record at any time — enquiries received, missed count, and ratings. Nothing is hidden and a release should never be a surprise.
If you believe a rating is unfair, reply to the warning email within 7 days and we will review it. Ratings are not removed simply on request.
6. After a release
A released zone goes straight back on sale. A member who has lost a zone does not get first refusal on it — the next business gets the opportunity.
7. Payments and changes
Memberships are monthly and recur until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; the zone is released at the end of the paid period and no part month is refunded. See the Refunds Policy.
Prices may change at renewal with notice, never mid-term. Founding rates hold for as long as membership is continuous.
8. Enquiry information and your customers
When someone asks for a quote, we pass their name, contact number and the job description to one member — never to a list. That is the promise made to them and it is the reason the enquiry is worth having.
You may use those details only to respond to that enquiry. You may not add them to a marketing list, sell them, or contact them about anything else. This is a requirement of the Protection of Personal Information Act, and breaking it ends the membership.
We contact the customer afterwards to ask how it went. That is how ratings are generated.
9. General
These terms sit alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Where they differ on membership matters, these terms apply.
South African law applies. We may update these terms; the version you accepted at checkout is the version recorded against your order.
